TESTIMONIALS: “Thank you so much. I really treasure your insight and help.”

Congratulations! You've finished a draft of your screenplay, and now you're looking for an experienced reader to provide detailed feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of your plot, dialogue, characters, etc.
The first recommended step is to REGISTER YOUR SCRIPT with the Writer's Guild of America. Registration provides objective, third-party verification of your claim to an original piece of writing, essentially proving your draft of a script existed as of the date of registration, thus helping to protect your rights in case of any future creative disputes. But remember: nobody owns ideas. What registration protects is the details of your particular VERSION of an idea. (And that's a good thing: otherwise somebody would already own every conceivable story concept, from "boy meets girl" to "underdog team wins sports championship against all odds," etc., and then where would we be?) For more information on script registration CLICK HERE.
Next, CLICK HERE for the New England Screenwriters Submission Release Form. Print it out, sign in blue ink and mail the form to New England Screenwriters, P.O. Box 43371, Somerville, MA 02143 (along with a copy of your screenplay). If you'd prefer to e-mail your script as a digital file, first mail the signed release form to the address above. I'll notify you when I receive the form, at which point you can e-mail your script as a Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Final Draft (.fdr) or Adobe (.pdf) file. Please note: I cannot accept or read any material from you or discuss your project without a signed release form.
When you submit your script, please let me know whether you'd prefer a one-on-one script consultation (in person or by phone), a detailed written analysis, or both. For payment options, CLICK HERE.

If you're having trouble finishing a screenplay (or even getting started) and would like to discuss your project, the first recommended step is to REGISTER whatever material you've generated (notes, an outline, a treatment, scenes, etc.) with the Writer's Guild of America. Registration provides objective, third-party verification of your claim to original work, thus helping to protect your rights in case of any future creative disputes. But remember: nobody owns ideas. What registration protects is the details of your particular VERSION of an idea. (And that's a good thing: otherwise somebody would already own every conceivable story concept, from "boy meets girl" to "underdog team wins sports championship against all odds," etc., and then where would we be?)
