8:00 P.M.
A cab motors you and your frat brothers down a tree-lined driveway and up to the door of the sprawling Ashcroft estate.  The driveway is filled with luxury cars, and the grounds stretch off along the east side of the mansion.  You notice stables and a hedge maze just north of the driveway.

8:05 P.M.

You and your frat brothers step into the front hall and see a stairway leading up to the second floor.  There is a closed door in the west wall and an open door across from it that apparently leads to a ballroom.  Beyond the stairway, you see that the hall continues and opens into a long gallery lined with art.  In the middle of the gallery, you see an old-fashioned, free-standing elevator.

Smythe the butler comes up and offers to take your coats, then quickly scurries away.

Stepping into the ballroom, you hear "Red Vines" by Aimee Mann blasting from the sound system.  The dance floor is filled with dozens of costumed revelers.  Your frat buddy Chip Ashcroft (currently dressed like Hamlet) comes over and welcomes you to the party.

Moving to the bar, you and your friends get some free drinks from Duffy the Bartender (currently dressed like a convict) as Chip moves off to talk with his mother, Veronica Ashcroft-Wellman (currently dressed as a Fairie Queen), his father Michael Wellman (currently dressed as a Pirate) and Michael's personal assistant, Alicia Ford (currently dressed as a Sexy Vampire).

Moments later, Chip bumps against his father, causing Wellman the Pirate to spill part of his drink on Veronica's Fairie Queen outfit.  The Fairie Queen excuses herself and exits the ballroom to clean up.

Chip and Wellman get into a shouting match, during which you spot your frat buddy slipping something into his father's drink.

"Don't you threaten me!"  Chip shouts in a loud, theatrical voice.  "I'm tired of living in fear!  Yes, that's right!  FEAR!  I'm an innocent victim, and next time you abuse me, I swear, I'll do whatever it takes to protect myself!"

"What the hell are you talking about?"  Wellman replies, baffled.

"I'm talking about the time you beat me so hard I nearly died!"  Chip yells, rushing out of the ballroom through a door in the north wall, near the bar.  "Now stay away from me!  This is your last warning!"

Once Chip is gone, Wellman shakes his head in exasperation and gulps down his drink.

Just then, you catch sight of a beautiful blonde dressed as Little Red Riding Hood.  Determined to make her acquaintance, you chug a beer and head over to meet her.  Brother Doofus, Brother Nitrous, Brother Puris and Brother Sputum remain at the bar and order another round of drinks.
