Iggy Pop's "Lust For Life" from the most excellent "Trainspotting" soundtrack plays from the ballroom.

You examine the medication, which seems to be just the normal things: aspirin, Tylenol, Midol, etc. The only thing strange about the bottles is that they're lying on the floor.

The bottle in the sink is a prescription of heart medication made out to "Reginald Smythe."

Having examined the medicine more closely, you go back to the upstairs hall. The Grim Reaper and the Sexy Vampire help the Paramedic lift the wounded Fairie Queen and carry her through door #4 in the east wall. Cleopatra stands at the top of the stairs, doing nothing.
